O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed her under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that the enquiry before the third respondent is conducted and closed; now the petitioner is called for enquiry in connection with the case, which is pending before the second respondent and the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the 2nd respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
