Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.317 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, without prejudice to her rights, vide order, dated 15.02.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to mobilise the fund. Hence, he seeks modification of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that while obtaining the anticipatory bail, by the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14794 of 2023, dated 15.02.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.317 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, on his own volition, without prejudice to her right before the concerned Court. However, challenging the same by way of filing the present petition is not sustainable. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
