O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take necessary action and conclude the investigation, based on the petitioner's complaint in C.No.131/G5/DSP/DCBII/MDU/2024 dated 02.07.2024, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 02.07.2024 and they assigned C.S.R.No.131 of 2024. Thereafter, no enquiry was conduct and sill the complaint is pending without any progress. Therefore, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner is under enquiry. They will complete the enquiry within one week.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to complete the enquiry within a stipulated time fixed by this Court and the second respondent has also assured to complete the enquiry within a week, this Court directs the Page No. 2 of 4

second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
