ORDER
After a prolonged delay of 2569 days, this civil miscellaneous petition is filed to restore the C.M.P.No.10342 of 2003 in C.M.A.SR.No.55553 of 2003. Such a prolonged delay is unwarranted. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, considering the fact that the claim is just a meager amount of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand only). 2.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is rejected in the SR stage itself. 06.02.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Sml 2/3
