This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No. 350 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022 on the file of the respondent. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant in this case and based on his complaint, an FIR in Crime No.350 of 2022 was registered for the offences under Sections 403, 406 and 420 of IPC. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far final report has not been filed and the case is still pending. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 350 of 2022 and for the same, investigation is in progress and the respondent police will complete the investigation and file final report, within a period of one month. 4.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and recording the submission made by the respondent police, the respondent 2/4
police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of this order.
5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
