Heard Mr. S.Gopala Manikandan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. M.Rajeshwari for Mr. S.M.S.Johnny Basha, Learned Standing Counsel, who take notice for the Respondents through video conference.

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Fourth Respondent to remove electric post and high tension electricity cable in the Petitioner's property situated in S.F. No. 315/8A to an extent of 26 Cents situated at Piranpatti South Revenue Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the representation dated 10.06.2020 made by the Petitioner. 3.
When it is pointed out that the Petitioner could make an application under Section 17(2) of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, to the jurisdictional District Magistrate for the relief that has been sought in the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort to the aforesaid procedure and he has filed a memo dated 25.06.2020 to that effect, which is placed on record. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
