The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of recovery dated 25.06.2015 has been cancelled by the competent authority in proceeding dated 27.11.2015.

2.In view of the fact that the impugned order had been cancelled by the third respondent, the grievance of the writ petitioner has been redressed and accordingly, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition and the writ petition stands closed.
