ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420 IPC, the petitioner has come forward with this petition, seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, alleging that he paid Rs.2,50,000/- to the petitioner to secure a job, petition enquiry in CSR No.304 of 2015 was conducted and the same was subsequently closed on the ground that the petitioner already paid Rs.1,00,000/- to the defacto complainant and the balance amount was agreed to be paid within three months. She would further submit that there is no fresh complaint with regard to non https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ payment of the balance amount.

4. In view of the submission that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, this Criminal Original Petitin is closed.
