(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed in public interest, seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the illegal pipeline connection laid down in the middle of the street at Kollamettu lane, Chinnakadi Street, Trichy-2.

2. If there is any offending water pipeline connection or it has been wrongfully granted, the grievance of the petitioner can be considered and appropriate action can be taken by the first respondent in accordance with law.
