: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in G.O.Ms.No.71, dated 30.05.2014 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal to the extent of the method of calculation of weightage marks for selection of Secondary Grade Teachers and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the method of providing weightage marks for the employment seniority, instead of providing weightage marks for Higher Secondary Course and Diploma in Teacher Education, in addition to the marks secured in Teacher Eligibility Test.
