PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, to set aside the returned docket order in unnumbered C.M.P..... of 2026 in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2018, on the file of the POCSO Court at Nagercoil and numbered the same, consequently direct the POCSO Court at Nagercoil to summon the respondent police to produce the marriage certificate of the victim and the birth certificate of the victim's two children and Hospital details regarding victim pregnancy confirmation and Antenatal care of her two children and allow this petition.
