This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute of the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry with regard to a civil dispute.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently, the same has been closed, since the parties stated that they will settle their dispute through appropriate Court. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court. Therefore, the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent police.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
