ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamelkudi to expedite the proceedings in C.C.No.281 of 2024.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the complainant in the case in C.C.No.281 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamelkudi. Originally, the complaint was lodged on 20.08.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and thereafter, it was transferred to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamelkudi and now the same is pending without commencing the trial.

Since the prayer of the petitioner is to dispose the case in a speedy manner, this Court without even issuing notice to the respondent inclined to pass order by directing the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamelkudi to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.281 of 2024 and 2/4

dispose of the same as early as possible without giving any long adjournment beyond 15 days.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
