O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed in Cr.M.P.No.43 of 2020, dated 25.05.2020, by the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the Government itself has revoked the order of detention by the order in G.O.Rt.No.3069, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XII) Department, dated 23.07.2020. He has also produced the copy of the said Government Order.

3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as no further order is necessary.
