Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1. 2.The second respondent Suganya is the defacto complainant. She appeared through video conferencing facility. She received a sum of Rs.3,25,000/- from the first respondent. She has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR.
