O R D E R

The petitioners have filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking quashment of the impugned summon, dated 12.12.2015, issued by the second respondent, calling upon the petitioners for enquiry on 16.12.2015 and to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with sureties each for a like sum, under Section 107 Cr.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. This Court will never interfere into the proceedings at this preliminary stage. Hence, this criminal original petition is closed with direction to the petitioners to appear before the second respondent in person or through their Pleader for enquiry and give explanations for the impugned summon, dated 12.12.2015, as to why they should not execute bond. After passing final orders, it is open to them to challenge the final orders in accordance with law. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petitions are closed.
