ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 11.04.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20 (b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.36 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.The contraband in question is 130 kgs joint possession of ganja. Since it is a case of commercial quantity, the petitioner must make out a case under Section 37 of N.D.P.S Act, 1985. No such case is made out.
