ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the first petitioner is the father of the second petitioner and the third respondent and there is a civil dispute between the parties and on the complaint lodged by the third respondent against the petitioners, the respondent police harassed the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the petitioners approached this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that a case in Cr.No.246 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 420 and 506(i) IPC was registered as against the petitioners.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public prosecutor that a criminal case has been registered against the petitioners, the petitioners are not entitled to get any relief as sought for.
