Prayer :- This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 5 to implement the Survey boundary fixation report dated 24.06.2013 filed by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent and to restore the patta land bearing survey No.545/1, Patta No.2215 extent 7.57.0 hectares, 18.70 acres, situated at Chettipatti Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 20.02.2015, 23.02.2016, 14.12.2017, 21.08.2019, 29.07.2021 within stipulated time.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for reporting compliance on this day, this Court made the following order:
"It is informed that the demarcation and boundary fixation in respect of the petitioner's land comprised in survey No.545/1,Patta No.2215, measuring an extent of 18.70 acres has been completed and the communication to that effect, has been addressed by the Forest Boundary Fixation Officer, Aathur [Post, Salem District to the District Forest Officer, Pudukkottai signed on 17.05.2023, enclosing the earmarks, has been produced before this Court. The same is taken on file.
2. Recording the same, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition.
