ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 29.11.2023 made in W.P(MD)No. 10298 of 2023.

2. In compliance with the order of this Court, an order has been passed on 22.05.2024 by the fourth respondent in the writ petition. The contemnor is physically present.

3. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the same, if she is so advised and any further appearance of the contemnor is dispensed with. The contemnor is hereby discharged.
