This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate action by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2015, which was given by the petitioner pointing out some errors committed with regard to measurement of the petitioner's land in the UDR Register. 2.Pointing out certain errors committed in the UDR Register, with regard to measurement of the petitioner's land in S.No.58/3B, New S.No.232/7 in Manakarambai Village, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents dated 19.06.2015 seeking rectification of errors. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Additional Government Pleader, who took notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as the interested parties if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
