ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to secure the accused Kannan in Crime No.41 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the accused Kannan was already granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19564 of 2016, on 26.10.2016.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
