ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 14.03.2025 under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying 1/3

to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. The petitioner / Accused rank not known apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent-police for the offences punishable under Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and Section 303(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4(a) of Explosive Substances Act, in Crime No.40 of 2025 on the file of the respondent-police.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioner herein is not arrayed as an accused in the said Crime No.40 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police.

4. In view of the said submission, the petitioner has no apprehension at the hands of respondent-Police and hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
