This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners in civil dispute pending in O.S.No.329 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed and hence, there is no question of harassment.
