ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Balaji, learned counsel for the de-facto complainant submitted that he has filed a petition for intervening in SR.No.40009 of 2016 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.20873 of 2016 and during the pendency of the Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner has filed a petition before the Sessions Court, Sivagangai and obtained bail on 04.12.2016, suppressing pendency of the present petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that suppressing the pendency of the present Criminal
