Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the orders passed by the second respondent in RC No.213/N2/2012 dated 17.07.2012 quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date of his initial appointment till retirement with all monetary and attendant benefits and consequently direct the respondents to pay all retirement and pensionary benefits due to the petitioner with interest from the date of retirement till the date of realization with costs.
