2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent University submits that as against the order passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.19440 of 2019, dated 24.01.2020, writ appeals have been filed by either side, before the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in WA(MD) Nos.413 & 414 of 2020, which were entertained by the Honourable Division Bench, heard in detail and reserved for orders on 29.10.2024.

3.Since the matter has been seized of by the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in WA(MD) Nos.413 & 414 of 2020, this contempt petition is closed.
