ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdrawn the writ petition. He has also submitted a letter dated 31.07.2025, to the Registrar (Judicial), Madras High Court Madurai Bench, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition upon the instruction from his client.
