Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass an order transferring the petitioner to the Government High School, Kavalkinaru in Tirunelveli District or any one of the vacancy available in Tirunelveli District as high school headmaster by considering the petitioner's representations dated 12.06.2014 and 18.06.2015 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.137 (School Education) Department dated 09.06.2014 . ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass an order transferring the petitioner to the Government High School, Kavalkinaru in Tirunelveli District or any one of the vacancy available in Tirunelveli District as High School Headmaster by considering the petitioner's representations dated 12.06.2014 and 18.06.2015 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.137 (School Education) Department dated 09.06.2014 .

2. Mr.V.Muruganandham learned Addl.Govt.Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the representations of the petitioner may be directed to be considered by the respondents within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Addl.Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner, dated 12.06.2014 and 18.06.2015, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.137 (School Education) Department dated 09.06.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
