ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner states that his family has been providing free food and water to the devotees visiting the petition mentioned temple during Panguni festival. No exception can be taken to the said request. 3.The second respondent is directed to issue no objection certificate in favour of the petitioner by 26.03.2024. Following this, the petitioner can approach the jurisdictional Assistant Returning Officer with the said request. The jurisdictional Assistant Returning Officer shall also grant permission to the petitioner so that the petitioner can carry on with the said charitable activities from 27.03.2024 to 30.03.2024. It is open to the second respondent to stipulate appropriate conditions in his no objection certificate. The petitioner is directed to abide by the conditions to be stipulated by the second respondent. 2/4
