ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as an accused (Rank Not Known), apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Exorbitant Interest Act and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No. Not known, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD).No.6624 of 2020 submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry.
