Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the impugned order passed in Na.Ka.No.A2/1103/2014 passed by the fourth respondent and consequently order passed in Na.Ka.A3/1345/2015 dated 17.02.2015 passed by the fifth respondent as inconsistent and ultra vires and quash the same and direct the respondents to retain the petitioner in Manamouvayal Village, Kottur Revenue Village in Devakottai Taluk and consequently direct the respondents to pay the actual travelling expenses from 01.03.2015 until re-transfer to original place.
