This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the preliminary enquiry and take further action based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.03.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. In view of the judgment of this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., v. the Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2 Adyar Police Station, Chennai and another reported in 2016(5) CTC 577, this petition is not maintainable. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is conducted in CSR NO.44/2017 and the same is closed.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
