Respondents PRAYER: The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of Habeas Corpus directing the second respondent to produce the corpus or body of the detenu namely Anna Lakshmi, Female, aged about 22 years, Daughter of Malaimegu before this Court and set her at liberty from the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 7 in accordance with law.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to produce the corpus or body of the detenue namely Anna Lakshmi, Female, aged about 22 years, Daughter of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Malaimegu before this Court and set her at liberty from the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 7 in accordance with law. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Admittedly, the detenue namely Anna Lakshmi, daughter of the petitioner has chosen to be in the company of the third respondent.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenue has taken away the jewels, which may be returned to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that such right of jewels, if any, is to be proceeded before the appropriate Forum.

6.With the above observation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
