ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent to vacate their TASMAC Shop No.6832 from the petitioner's property, situated in S.No.98/3 F1A, Thillai Nayagapuram Village, Pattinamkathan group, Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2023.

2. The writ petition is not maintainable since the petitioner seeks to have his tenant vacated through writ proceedings. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
