2.As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the petitioner has dispute with a group of private persons. It is for the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law. Questioning of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation will not arise at all. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
