This writ petition has been filed by Mr.S.Lourdu Xavier, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th and 6th respondents to issue the Transfer Certificate of his son Beschi, within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
