the respondents 2 to 9 not to recruit / appoint / post unqualified teachers / teachers not having requisite knowledge in particular trade to teach students in particular trade to take action against the erring officials in recruiting / appointing / posting unqualified teachers having no requisite knowledge in particular trade to recover loss to the Government by giving salary to them and to recruit / appoint / post qualified teachers having requisite knowledge by following NCVT Norms in particular trade.
