PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime.No. 402 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2020 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.402 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.
3. The case of the prosecution is that due previous enmity, the petitioner along with A2 abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and at the instigation of A2, A1 attacked the defacto complainant with Aruval on his head. Hence, a complaint.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is specific overtact against the petitioner and he is having four previous cases to his credit.
