Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.VENKATESH.D., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15842 of 2020 dated 15.03.2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not able to arrange sureties and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
