ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the revision petition field by the petitioner dated 24.02.2026 under the Kalaingar Magalir Urimai Thogai (KMUT) Scheme.

2. Heard Mr.S.Stevenson, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.

3. In view of the innocuous relief that is prayed to dispose of the revision petition, the writ petition is ordered of at the admission stage itself.

4. The Learned Special Government pleader appearing for the respondents would should submit that if appropriate time is granted, the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 24.02.2026 will be disposed 2/4

5. In view thereof, this writ petition is ordered on the following terms:- i. The 2nd respondent is directed to take up the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 24.02.2026 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of this order.
