For Respondent : Mr.S..Chandrasekar, Additional Public Prosecutor PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 751 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.06.2020, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reported that there is no case/no petition pending on the file of the respondent police. Hence this Court has inclined to dispose the matter according to the said submission.

2. However after perusing the cause title portion of the petition, this Court finds that there is some discrepancy regarding respondent police. This was brought to the notice of the learned counsel for the petitioner and listed the case under the caption for 'being spoken to' on 01.07.2020.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek leave to withdraw this petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same,this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with correct details.
