ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3498 of 2025, dated 25.02.2025.

2. Mr.M.Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the condition No.8(vii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3498 of 2025, dated 25.02.2025 is hereby modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Dindigul weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and on all hearing dates, until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
