ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed seeking suspension of the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner by the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Dindigul, in Spl. S.C. No.249 of 2023, by judgment dated 11.12.2024, and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the grounds raised in the appeal and the fact that the judgment in Spl.S.C.No.249 of 2023 was passed by the Special Court on 11.12.2024 and from there on, the appellant is suffering incarceration, we are inclined to take up the main appeal for final hearing. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4. The Registry is directed to prepare the paper book and post the main appeal for final hearing on 27.04.2026.
