For Respondent : Mr.M.Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.2449 of 2026 dated 09.02.2026. 1/4
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.2449 of 2026 dated 09.02.2026 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 09.02.2026 onwards regularly and the investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.2449 of 2026 dated 09.02.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
