The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to implead the proposed fourth respondent as legal heir of the deceased third respondent and rank him as fourth respondent in CMP(MD)No.8246 of 2025 in CMA(MD)SR No.20496 of 2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they are not having objections to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the delay condonation petition on 24.06.2026.
