Heard both sides.

2. The petitioners were allotted license to run the shops on ground rent basis. They had erected the temporary superstructures. For implementing the smart city project, the petitioners were vacated. The petitioners have given representations for allotment of alternative sites. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request and pass an appropriate order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
