O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed to issue a direction to the respondent police to represent the final report in Crime No.208 of 2011 and direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai to take on file the final report.

2.The petitioner is the de-facto complainant who lodged a complaint, which was registered in Crime No.208 of 2011 for the offence under Sections 120(b), 420, 506(i) I.P.C. The petitioner states that though the respondent filed a charge sheet, the same was returned by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the final report in Crime No.208 of 2011 was represented by the respondent police and it was to be taken on file. He further stated that the defects pointed out by the lower Court were rectified and that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai is likely to take up the matter on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
