This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 6 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, an FIR in Crime No.49 of 2025 was registered as against the respondents 3 to 6. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3.In reply, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the petitioner's sister lodged a complaint and based on that an 2/5

FIR has been registered and the petitioner also sustained injuries due to that incident and already he sent the medical reports to the investigation officer, but the same has not been considered. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.
