ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 498(A) and 506(i)of I.P.C., in Crime No. 7 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.6623 of 2020 above said case.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the First Information Report was registered in Crime No.7 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A)and 506(i) of I.P.C. The defacto complainant is the wife of the first petitioner. They had love affairs and subsequently, got married and begotten a male child on 12.03.2020 and the first petitioner went to the parents house and not turned back. When the defacto complainant went to the first petitioner's house, namely the petitioners 2 and 3, she was subjected to physical cruelty. Hence, the complaint. He further submitted that the investigation is going on. 5.In view of the averments, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
